- Issue a Declaration of Performance and Conformity
- Declare GWP once the family's new hEN is cited (earliest 8 Jan 2026)
- Affix CE marking and keep technical documentation
- Provide digital product passport when acts require it
Sanctions
Set by Member States, effective and dissuasive; product withdrawal by market surveillance authorities.
